Sally now seeks to bring some of the thin, crisp air of Bhutan to your boggle-fogged modern mind and give it a brisk spring-clean through with a modern adaptation of a thousand year old Buddhist teaching.

Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains, she has spent the last ten years teaching young Bhutanese, Tibetan and Nepalese monks the ways of the Western world (including all the subjects you love to hate!).

Story Devi a.k.a Laura Simms

....is an internationally renowned storyteller and writer based in Manhattan, creating humanitarian and peace promoting projects. Presently, Laura is living in and around the world, creating humanitarian and peace promoting projects. She spends much time sharing stories of the world with her adopted son Ishmael Beah, author of "A Long Way Gone: Memoirs of a Boy Soldier."

A Key to the Heart was created as a partnership between Laura and Chocolate Sauce to benefit the education of Afghan children.

Emerald Starlight a.k.a Sarah Canfield

Sarah Canfield is a Yoga teacher in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Her Open Heart Yoga classes joyfully reunite the basics of asana and alignment with the philosophy of the Tibetan Heart Yoga Series. Her first yoga teacher was her mother who inspired the creation of this book. Louisa Roberts has been illustrating books since she was a young girl, this is her first published book.
